The Five Fundamentals
Enhancing everyones first experience
Our goal with the Rally Cap program is to create a fun environment where children and adults are actively engaged together in the sport. The program, is designed to help develop fundamental motor skills and teach the basics skills and rules of the game. We want to increase self-esteem and good sportsmanship in both the children and the parents.
Please Note: The Rally Cap program help teaches players the five FUNdamentals of baseball (Fundamental movement skills, throwing, receiving, hitting, base running) in a fun and safe environment. Players have the opportunity to learn, acquire and perform different baseball skills in order to progress through the different levels of the program. Players have tasks to complete to earn a colored Baseball Canada Rally Cap sticker. The sticker colours represent levels of achievement. There are no special requests for the Rally Cap program, players are placed on teams based on their evaluations.
Rally Cap evaluations for 2026 are TBD an email with details will be sent out at the end of March.
Day of play for the 2026 season are Mondays and Wednesday times and schedules TBD.
The 2026 Rally Cap program is offered for youth born in 2019-2020.
