General Rules:

There are 15,000 tickets at $10 each

Must be 18yrs of age to purchase tickets. The name of a minor must not be written on any part (front or back) of the ticket.

Tickets must only be advertised and sold in the province of Alberta

Persons visiting from outside of Alberta may purchase tickets, only so long as the sale and receipt of the ticket occurs within the province of Alberta.

Tickets are considered sold once payment has been secured.

If payment is returned for insufficient funds, the ticket will automatically be voided.

Payment options are cash, cheque, electronic funds transfer or bank draft. Credit card can be accommodated, if necessary.

Tickets cannot be refunded. No refund requests will be considered.

To claim the prize, government issued ID must be provided. The date of birth will be noted as proof of age.

Members of GPMBA are eligible to purchase tickets, with exception of the following:

Employees of GPMBA, members of the GPMBA raffle committee and Executive Members of the GPMBA board of directors

(President, Past President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Registrar) will be prohibited from purchasing tickets.

2000 tickets must be sold before a draw date extention or cancellation of raffle can be requested

Draw Procedures:

Prior to the draws, members of the Raffle Committee will reconcile the number of sold tickets and unsold tickets as indicated in the ticket sales record with the number of ticket stubs

ensuring all eligible tickets form part of the draw.

The draws will be open to all members of GPMBA and the general public.

The draws will be supervised by at least 2 executive members of GPMBA and one member of the public.

The prize draws will follow a strict set of procedures and are under licensed approval of Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC).

Tickets can be purchased in person from any active GPMBA member.

Only sold tickets by the sales cut-off will be entered into the draw.

Tickets reported lost or stolen will not form part of the draws and will not be eligible for any prizes.

Voided tickets will not form part of the draws and will not be eligible for any prizes.

Early Bird prizes will be awarded in the following order 1. Early Bird Prize 1, 2. Early Bird Prize 2, 3. Early Bird Prize 3, 4. Early Bird Prize

All eligible tickets including the winners from the Early Bird Draw will automatically carry over to the Final Draw.

The Early Bird winning tickets will be returned to the draw for the next chance to win until all Early Bird prizes are drawn.

Final Draw prizes will be awarded in the following order: 1. Sixth Prize, 2. Fifth Prize, 3. Fourth Prize, 4. Third Prize, 5. Second Prize, 6. Grand Prize.

For each prize, the following will occur:

The winning ticket will be exhibited to the witnesses and held open for inspection, then recorded.

The winning ticket will be returned to the draw for the next chance to win, until all draws have been made.

If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, the prize will be awarded in full to the first name listed. The first name listed will be determined in the following order 1 2

Neither GPMBA nor AGLC will be responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub 3 4

In the event that the winning ticket has the name of a person not eligible to purchase a ticket or win a prize or the name of a minor under the age of 18, the ticket will be removed

and a new winner will be selected. The purchaser will be refunded the purchase price of their ticket.

Winners have 3 months from the date of the Final Draw to claim their prize.

Every effort will be made to contact the winner by phone, mail and/or e-mail, if provided. The mail will require the signature of the ticket holder as proof of notification.

If the prize remains unclaimed after the specified time limit above, the prize (or cash equivalent to the MSRP of the prize) will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by AGLC.
